Ryde Technologies, founded on principles of integrity, transparency, diligence and adaptability, is led by Ryan Amole and Devin Amole. Both focus on delivering the right staffing solutions to meet the growing demands of the business they serve.
Ryan Amole, Managing Partner
Ryan is focused on the day to day operations at Ryde Technologies. He brings a depth of expertise to the firm after having worked at leading agencies in the industry. He began his career as a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, providing a variety of services to multiple government agencies on an enterprise level, and coordinating efforts with subcontractors of varying size and capability. This experience provided invaluable insight into the inner-workings of both large and small Federal contractors. Ryan went on to become a Director with Marathon TS, focused in Business Development and Operations.
Ryan received his Bachelor’s Degree from Virginia Tech and a J.D. from the University of Louisville. Ryan is an Alexandria native, an avid Golfer, and nutritionist; when he is not dedicating his time to Ryde, he is on the golf course, or in the woods just to the right of the golf course.
Devin B. Amole, Managing Partner
Devin, a proud Hokie like his brother, began his career with Centric Business Systems, a leading copier and printer solutions company in the mid-Atlantic region. He was the top sales rep for 5 consecutive months before he was hired away by Marathon TS. Within six months, Devin was the top selling (and youngest) Account Manager at Marathon, building his entire book of business from the ground up. His account management experience and sales acumen enable him to provide exceptional customer service to clients.
When Devin’s time is not spent on Ryde, he enjoys going to the gym, coaching for youth athletics (Fort Hunt Youth Basketball and Loudon County Youth Football), and volunteering at local homeless shelters.
