Leadership
Ryan Amole, Managing Partner
Ryan oversees all aspects of the company’s operations, including process improvement and strategic partnerships. He is also responsible for the company’s financial operations. His solution-oriented approach fosters a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Ryan has a Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Virginia Tech. He resides in Reston, Virginia with his wife, Nina Ardalan, and their two children, Audrey and Everett.
Devin Amole, Managing Partner
Devin is our growth leader – responsible for overseeing business development, major accounts, development of corporate capabilities, and management of the sales team. Under his leadership, Ryde has successfully diversified its service offering and established itself as a trusted recruiting partner in the Federal space and beyond. Devin has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Virginia Tech. He is an Alexandria native, an avid runner, reader, and a journeyman chef. When he is not dedicating his time to Ryde, you will find him on the golf course letting it rip.
Cory Rowan, Delivery Manager
Cory Rowan is our Delivery Manager and Lead Senior Recruiter. As Delivery Manager, Cory is responsible for maximizing the efforts of the Recruiting team to ensure top-quality candidates are delivered to our clients in a timely manner. His relentless enthusiasm helps create a positive, productive working environment for our team. In addition to his Delivery Manager duties, Cory acts as Lead Senior Recruiter for several accounts. Outside of the office, Cory lives in Springfield, Virginia with his wife Kristen and their two dogs – Roofus and Sonny. He graduated from Radford University with a double-major in Marketing and Economics.
